    hi
i only go out about once a month, but when i do i drink way too much. i get drunk and it makes me feel terrible and guilty for days after it. it makes me anxious and kinda depressed. im not an alcoholic but would you give up the drink in this situation or does everyone feel the same way?

    Hi Mick,

What you are referring to actually happens quite a few people I know when they binge drink.

I used to tbe the same. My mates used to refer to it as the "fear" where you go out, get wasted and then second guess everything thing wrong you might have done the night before....

Is it a problem? I have to say that level of pain and emotional unbalance is just not worth a night on the tear for me anymore...hence I'm all about moderation now. I don't think it means there is anything wrong with you, I think its your bodies way of trying to correct itself after all the booze.
