Hi to all The Irish music lovers.I'm a volunteer teacher in Thailand.I'm using Irish songs as a means of teaching English.I hope you enjoy this video on youtube.Inside the Good Child Foundation folder you'll find others including 'Fields of Athenry','Molly Malone' and 'Scorn not his Simplicity'.

We learned 'The Town I Loved So Well' by heart. No one is reading in the video.

    May our songs live forever.

Well done Thairish! I'm working in Bangkok myself and play the tenor banjo. Might be getting together on St. Paddy's Day with a few people to play a few tunes in an Irish owned pub on Sukhumwit if you're interested.

Anyway looks like you're doing good work there with the kids -Beir Bua!

I'll not be going to Bangkok for St. Paddys Day, thanks for the offer.
If you're ever out Chanthaburi way, the kids at school would love to hear you play the banjo.
We can sing 'Come my Little Son', with the banjo it would be great. We used a Luke Kelly Cd to help teach this song. Here it is
