Hello one and all. A few quick questions for those in the know - I'd appreciate any and all feedback.

I'm writing on behalf of my girlfriend. She is from Canada and is moving over here (Dublin) shortly. She has a 1st class hon fashion degree from the Uni of Manitoba and another 1st c/h degree in fashion marketing/merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She's about 4 yrs experience in the Canadian industry, doing stuff such as product development, marketing, merchandising, production etc. She just finished interning for a vid production company at NYC fashion week.

    Questions:

    1. Can anyone recommend good places to search for jobs in the industry here? Websites, journals etc.

    2. Any recruitment agencies that would specialise in these fields?

    3. In general, any tips re the industry, how it operates etc?

    4. If all else fails, how is the temping market at the moment? Is it still easy enought to pick up this sort of work?

As I said, I appreciate any and all feedback. I can barely dress myself so anything at all would be terrific...;)
