    No golfdiva. A fixed dish pointed at 19E will do fine.

    If you only have a Sky dish pointed at Astra 28E, then you would need to move it slightly up and to the left (looking from front of dish)

    A sky digibox is also not a very flexible method of tuning in channels such as these.

    Depends on what your current setup is really.

    No a motorised is not required but you would need your fixed dish then pointing at 19E as opposed to a sky minidish which points at 28E.
