ya i've done it like twice this year, i like it but i can't find the time to do it. anyway it's really cool, and it'd definitely recommend it

Ya the only thing stopping me is the fact that theres 3 on! I could only make about one a week.

they actually won't care. once you make it once a week it's good enough.

for beginners...prepare to have your body hurting for the next day, but thats the same with any martial art really. it's a lot about flexing muscles and stability, but surprisingly that gets you sweaty too. plus during the breaks you get to see the advanced/professional people do cool stuff to motivate you:D

actually talking about it here, i might go back it:D

no prob. ya there was quite a few there actually, around 8. its great cos there's always someone to look after the beginners so you will learn the stuff that everyone else knows pretty quickly:)
