Have lived in city centre etc so know it well enough. But will have to drive in from south to take part in DCM. Any suggestions on handiest place to park? I presume anywhere close to Mount St etc is just not happening?

College of Surgeons and Stephens Green are open.

I am planning on driving in too. Any idea, how early would you need to be in to be sure of getting parking in Stephens Green or will it not fill up?

Along the canal close to baggot st bridge, Hatch st or anywhere around there. Theres no clamping on a bank holiday (almost sure about this).

Cool. Am going to stick to the usual parking regs just in case but I figure as close to the canal as possible. Its the post-race limp back to the car that I'm worried about.

Just confirmed on the Dublin council website that on street parking is free on bank holidays.:)
