What do you do the day before a marathon? I don't want to do anything too active but sitting on my backside all afternoon is not appealing.

Watching Liverpool vs Man U at the moment, trying to distract myself. Clearly failing miserably.

While you are sitting around, you may as well clip your toenails - if you have not already done so - the less contributors to the ugly toes picture thread the better ;)

I've just painted my son's bedroom. I'll do another coat later before putting two radiators back on. I might do the doors and window sills, too, before going for a run.

But then I'm not running DCM. :pac:

I'm just making sure I've got all the camera batteries fully charged, memory cards emptied of old pictures, and hoping that it doesn't rain on me tomorrow.

I normally go shopping. How about calling to see family or friends?

Somewhere shortly after the start, probably about 11'ish miles and then just before the finish at a guess.

Between myself, Woddle and Stupid_private positioned at various places there should be no escape from the lenses, just keep that grin all the way round to be sure. :D:D
