Hi All. Not sure if this is the place to ask such a question so mods feel free to move if needed. I have recently re-installed my computer and now I have a problem with Facebook. I can log on no problems but I cannot leave any comments. I can't even leave a "whats on your mind" comment on my own profile, or bring up all my freiends only the ones that are visible. They are a variety of other links that I cannot access including the facebook contact, hence I am asking for help on here. This is the only site that I seem to have problems with, that I have noticed, and it is only on this computer and with all user accounts. I have been able to use facebook on all other computers.

    Any ideas?

    Which browser are you using?
Have you tried Firefox or Chrome?

Go to Tools>options>Content and make sure Java and javascript are enabled.

These both appear as FF plugins?

Have you tryed clearing the cache ?

Humm, totaly strange, all other computers in the network are working fine with facebook ?

No experiance threw facebook, but I could not see windows blocking web content, I would but it down to a security issue.

Great stuff. Just installed Chrome and it is now all working fine. Still bemused as to what was happening though. Thanks to all those that replied.

Well if Chrome worked then its probably a problem with some settings in Firefox.

I upgraded FF and ever since facebook acts the balls with it. Can't figure out what happened but like OP, comments don't work, pages don't load/refresh properly and long story short it's a mess. So I use IE.

Might spend another hour trying to fix it again tonight.

i found that as well actually, facebook has been very glitchy lately, i've actaully started using E8 (shock horror) in the meantime as firefox wasn't working well.
