    Bought a car and it has the above radio with a SD Memory card slot and USB connection, can't seem to work either, plug MP3 player in and it just says USB and plug in SD memory card and it just says SD?MMC!!

    Do I need to do any more or is it broken?

    Yeah try clickin play. Or are you sure the speakers are connected? Might be playin but nothin will come out if your speakers dont work

    The USB wouldn't be able to read your MP3 player. Just put music onto a USB key and it should work.

    I'm assuming the SD card was formatted/has music on it etc.? Can't explain why that wouldn't work tbh.

    Yes I pressed play, repeatedly...

    The speakers are working as the radio and the cd function work its just the memory card and the mp3 player function that dont!!

    The SD card has been formatted and has MP3 files on it, when the memory card is in it just says SD/MMC, and when the MP3 player is in it just says USB and the MP3 player says you can now disconnect your player (it's an ipod)!!

    Pressed all the buttons, play and selection, any ideas?

    Might just format the SD card again :(

    It probably needs the SD card to be formatted to suit. file system needs to be a certain way.
