O2 Broadband - Invalid Profile

I got the o2 try before you buy offer today. Everytime I try to connect it just says "Invalid profile". I rang the place again and they said the whole o2 network was down and should be back up in an hour or so. That was at 12, and its still not working now. I wonder if its the new sim or something thats not setup…
