Kilkenny evening spins

Please don't all reply to this once If anyone is in the Kilkenny area, I will be continuing to do some evening spins. The only evenings I'm not available are Thursday and Fridays at the moment.
If you have good lights, head out the sticks (Andy has some good ones in stock at the mo) or if you have weaker ones, my route is ring-road, Stephen St. Granges Rd, down the Freshford Rd towards town, Greensbridge, Greenshill and back out the Comer Rd in laps which takes me about 25 minutes.
Anyone interested in cycling in the evening just let me know. Oh, I do expect you to have some form of lighting.

How long is the route in KM? How many laps do you complete?

The circuit is 14.5km, which is lit, we'd be doing a few laps. Get a few of us with strong lights and we can go out a bit.

OK interested in this, I'm slightly slower than this pace (24kph average) but should be up for a couple of laps.

PM in advance next time you are going out or stick a post up here. I'm determined to keep up my motivation during the winter and do as many spins as possible.

How does this evening sound? I finish work at 6 (or is it 5 and blame the changing of the clock ) Speed not an issue, it's realitively flat.

Not sure what the plans are at home for today. "De Boss" might have other ideas.
