I think someone posted that it's on channel 5. Otherwise maybe BBC?

Channel 5 and I'm nearly certain that you would need a British bought Sky digital box to get it over here.

    It's on channel 5.

Fagan was dropped by leaders after 4 miles.
At 8 miles, Mokoka leads , followed by Farah and Kibet.

1st lady home in 52:31. Montero from Portugal.

Monteiro wins easily. 52.32. Sonia still has the course record I think.

In the mens, Farah now neck and neck with Mokoka. Kibet's been dropped. Just over a mile to go.

I´m a little dissapointed that he (Fagan) didn´t feature more strongly but at least he finished this one.

Fagan clocked 46:58 in same race last year; he dropped back so quickly today. Pace was not especially fast in first half.
Super run by Farah. I didn't think he would go so well over 10 miles.

Coming back form injury and after a good half two weeks ago at least he came through injury free. Still lots of time to go until the euros and if he keeps fit he should be in great form then.

Does anyone know if he's plannin a few XC races around the circut?

Mokoka's mad burst were one of the reasons for Fagans drop he used to consitently going from the start and them mad sprints bout fifteen min in killed off everyone bar kibet but Fagan suffered most
