Wisdom tooth removal and loose gum

Hi all, I had all four wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday, after the surgery one of extraction sites was bleeding allot and took me a couple of hours of biting on a gauze to stop. Yesterday after the swelling went down I noticed that part of the stitches had come loose which must have caused the bleeding. The site seems to have healed now but there is a loose flap of gum which is partially covering my back tooth which is kind of annoying and is making it difficult to clean that tooth. Has anyone had this happen, will this loose bit sort itself out as the gums continue to heal or should I make an appointment to get it sorted ?.
