Wondering if ye could help in any way.

Have a Targa Notebook for nearly 3 years

Mainboard replaced twice for unit not powering on.

Now when I try to turn it on the first time it will try to start for a second and then turn off.

If I press to power on again most of the time it will then fully load windows and have no issues.
Sometimes the second time I press the power button will startup and be loading windows and shutdown and then will press a third time and all ok.

It doesnt matter whether ac/battery connected.

Have done a static discharge.

Do ye think the motherboard might be on the way out again.
