Clearwire Boradband with Linux Mint.

    Got Clear wire Broadband today and rang the guy met him and collected the modem on the day very good service have to say.

    got home put it in my linux laptop using linux Mint.

    Can't get it working at all any ideas lads ?

    I got it working lads. I have to keep it by the windows to get clearwire working. but it works its a little bit faster then 02. but it works not big on this window thing but.

    yep got it working with linux just had to set it up on a windows laptop and then plugged it right into linux and it worked perfect.

    The more static lights you have on the modem, the better the signal the modem is getting, the aerial on the modem is the side without the label, just toy with moving this around till you get the most lights is a general guide.

    i got it working eventually but only had 3 lights. and it was really slow it was faster viewing pages then 02 or vodafone.
