    Hi all,

Im getting my girlfriend a laptop for xmas and need some help on where to find 1 at the best price. I would like it to have 4Gb ram, At least 2.2 Ghz dual processor and Hdmi output and around 15" screen, bluetooth would be a bonus. I would like to spend less than £500stg or the same in euro. I have found this 1
    http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/HP_Pavilion_DV6-2030SA_Laptop_VJ340EA/version.asp

Is this the best im likely to get at this price,

Thanks for any help you can give

laptopsdircet have an awful rep around these parts. So i'd be wary about buying off them. I also wouldn't get too hung up on 4gb of RAM, 2 or 3 should be more than enough for most cases, unless gaming or photoshop etc are priorities. The Dell studios are good spec these days.

Thanks for the reply, I wanted the ram for my camcorder really i have 2gb ram and 2.2ghz dual on my own laptop and it takes quite a while to proccess the video. Im not really a big fan of dell to be honest, i dont think i would buy from them at all. You said laptops direct have a bad rep? In what way? Is there any other good online stores you would recommend? It seems alot of the online stores have very poor searches and its hard to find exactly what your looking for.
