    thanks for the feedback everybody.

    The actual genre of the "band" is not yet defined. check out my link but I'm sure it will change depending who I jam with.

    As far as location goes I'm based in Chapelisod, have my equipment stored in MuzzleMusic so it'd be good for me to jam there. also have transport so travel isn't a huge deal

    I don't care who yer influences are or anything, musicians can share all the same influences and still ahev trouble gelling together as it were.

    True, having common influences is no guarantee of anything but the point is it gives prospective players an idea what you're looking for.

    well that is true. personally I would like to play somewhere between pink floyd, ratm, qotsa, oceansize and maybe be a little industrial soundin too.

    would like a drummer who's influenced by john bonham, phil selway, danny carey, dave grohl and mark heron.

    but I mean if ye like the link and wanna jam I'm open
