How to use Tracking Ref (coming from China)

    Hi
    I bought something on Ebay from China and was provided with a tracking reference which can be used on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp
    There hasnt been an update since the 20th and I'm thinking thats because the package is with now with one of EMS's partners in Europe or something

    Should I be able to see continous updates on the EMS website until the delivery is complete, or will it only have updates up until the package has been picked up by another carrier?

    If it has left china you wont get another update until it is received by another carrier. As it is coming via EMS the carrier should be An Post. try the an post tracking site on tuesday and it might show up.
