A very interesting article in today's indo about a guy aiming for a 2.55 finish in the DCM on Monday, and how running is his escape.

Do ye runners agree? Think it's particularly interesting because most people on this forum come from different backgrounds and different reasons for taking up the sport.

I'd say for every person who starts running because of a marraige break-up, theres another who's heading for a marraige breakup because of running....evens itself out I'd say.
