A pretty good video by Lawrence Krauss (who obviously thinks very little of String Theory) explaining cosmology. Note : It is obviously biased.:p Fav Quote : Forget Jesus; the stars died so you could be here today. Also, I'd recommend the entire set of talks on RDF TV.

i watched that same video last night, and i really enjoyed it. I liked the description of a civilisation in the distant future using falsifiable science to come up with the wrong answer about the nature of the universe due to how all the other galaxies had red shifted out of sight.
