Hi folks, Heading to the US in a weeks time and just wondering has anyone converted their Euro to USD recently and did they get a good rate? XE.com is showing 150.3ish at the moment. Thanks

Peg money on a credit card and just swipe away to your hearts content in the states.

I got dollars in AIB on Wednesday and got a rate of 1.47. A friend got hers on Thursday and got the same rate in BOI.

Thanks,i will check with both of the banks tomorrow,as for pegging money on a credit card,those days are gone for the moment thank god;)
