I was just wondering if there is any difference between an MSc or an Mtech postgraduate course?...

Is one better than the other?

    Thanks,

i think there is a slight differance. In my college there is 2 roots you can take. 1) a higher cert in mechanical eng then on to an ord degree in manufacuting eng then finally bSc in computer aided design.
    2) the root i took which is the Beng(hons) in mechanical & manufacturing engineering and I was told the Beng is a higher accredited degree by engineers ireland so i believe the masters would be the same
