Where can I print off a CV?

I need to bring a CV to my job interview next week, I tend to apply online for jobs, but I have gotten this interview through my sister so I have to bring a CV, I don't have a printer of my own, and I do have a CV on a jobs website - but it's not a webpage its Microsoft Word, if I go to an Internet cafe could I print it off there?

I hate the people in my local job centre, so I want to avoid going there, but I will go there if it's a last resort.

    Please help!:)

Most internet cafés, print/copy shops and public libraries will provide print facilities at a reasonable price.

If it's a word document you could also email it as an attachment to a friend or family member who has access to a printer & ask them to print a few copies for you.

Thank you for all your answers, would anyone know the name of any good Internet cafes - particularly in Dublin City Centre - and would they be open on Sunday or Bank Holiday or do I have to wait until Tuesday when everywhere is open again?

Would the library in the Ilac Centre allow me use their computers to print.

Also, my CV is accessible through jobs.ie, can you print off their Microsoft Word CVs because I can only edit the CV through their website, I can't edit the actual Word document.

:confused:I hope I am making sense I'm just so new to this stuff I don't know what to do and my interview is this week and I need to have a CV.

In FAS they allow you to use their touch screen computers to find work, would any FAS centre allow me to print a CV off a computer?

Oh my goodness. Can I ask what job you're going for because to be quite honest i'm struggling to not think you're taking the mick here...

Yes you can print off your CV at the library but it won't be open til Tuesday and you need to ring up and book a slot on a computer before you go in as it's very popular (in the ILAC at least).

There are LOADS of internet cafes in Dublin. Try Global internet cafe next to the Bank of Ireland beside O'Connell Bridge, or the one upstairs from Burger King on Grafton Street.

I dont mean to be rude dublin boy but as the above poster has pointed out if you are struggling to get a word document printed then you need to get some homework done before you go to an interview.

this really has to be someone pulling the piss tbh.

Lads, if he's applying for a job as a kitchen porter, tennis coach, electrician, lion tamer, etc etc then WTF difference would it make whether he knows about printing out a computer document?

Lots of down-the-throat-jumping going on here for no good reason as far as I can see...

If you are for real, try also an office supply shop.

If you're able to use boards.ie then you are computer and internet savvy to some degree. If you live in Dublin you cannot POSSIBLY have failed to have noticed some, ANY internet cafe in town before. Sorry OP if I have the wrong end of the stick but it just seems a bit odd.

I'm not in the habit of printing stuff or using internet cafes and I havn't had a chance to be in town since I got offered the interview.

Relax boys and girls. It was just a simple question.

Use the internet cafe at the bottom (Parnell Statue end) of O'Connell St. It's on the side opposite AIB, next to the pub there. You have to go inside a side door and upstairs to the top (there's a hair dresser on the second floor). It's E1 an hour for a computer. I use it all the time; the staff are decent, it's clean and everything works. A lot of the others on the street (and elsewhere in the city centre) I've found to have slow/broken equipment and rude staff.

Best of luck with the interview. ;)
