    Thats nothing. When I was growing up the only course we had was over 2 light years long. And all we had was a 9 Iron. And we played in our bare feet.

    Just a thought, what is the longest and shortest courses in Ireland. Also which irish course has THE MOST WATER HOLES on it?

    Regarding the golf course - what a gimmick. Just don't see the point or the attraction of it.

    "I know, let's make the golf course span half the country... no one has done that yet!"

    That's coz it's an effen stoopid idea... :confused:

    I don't see the point. Nor is it the world's longest golf course........it's the most spread out but the actual course isn't the longest.

    The title is misleading as the actual course is only 6,520 yards - no other course measures the distance between the holes.

    Conamara Isles - you can hit water on ever hole. :eek:
