No idea about speed, sorry. I think they do try and have a "fast" and "not so fast" group at this time of the year, but I'm not sure about speed.

I am looking to join nass too, was out with them for the first time last sunday.

they leave the court house nass at 9am, there's usually an 'a' and 'b' group so whatever your level you should be fine.

Good bunch of lads, have to say. I've been looking for a club up here for a while and like what i've seen so far.

I keep meaning to head up too, but I'm no good at the early Sunday morning starts.
