    Hi all

Was heading out the Chapelizod bypass today in traffic and pulled alongside a woman in a Yaris wide her sat nav directly in front of her - in her line of sight right behind the steering wheel. To make it worse it was a widescreen one. Absolute madness. Of course you will always have some blind spot on occasions no matter where you position it but I'd say she had to stretch herself to look around the bloody thing. Maybe hers was a super duper one that you could use instead of looking at the road in front ;)

I'm waiting for one that projects backwards brightly so I could lie it ontop of my dash, facing upwards, creating a heads-up display.

    I'd pay for that!

    http://www.gadgettastic.com/2007/12/19/the-future-of-sat-nav-video/ should cost around $200.
