    I've been unable to get into Blackboard since about 4pm. Anyone else having trouble logging in?

    Yep. 1 am and I can't get on it. I assume it'll be up sometime tomorrow morning. In the meantime, relax.

    According to this Computer Services bulletin they're aware of the problem and working on it. The Computer Services bulletins are normally a good place to look if you have problems with any IT services on campus.

    Working for me anyways, sayin that though I couldnt log into the comps in the library or Cairnes.

    There's problems with the whole NUIG network, students can't log into WiFi, Blackboard, campus PC suites or anything really. Someone fecked up big time...

    If you are an IT student, you can still log onto the special IT student only PC's in the IT building, same goes for PC's in Nun's Island in the Electronic department.

    Still can't get in to BB or access myfiles.nuigalway Assignment due in on Wed, and all the notes I need to reference for it are on BB, argh - so frustrating! :(

    Most lecturers are very understanding, if the problem goes on much longer, I'm sure they'll give you more time

    That was some major downtime this week. They said it was problems with the new CASS login system.

    First years could login grand... and it's usually around this time of year that last years accounts get deleted (finished in college) or renewed. So I'd say the old accounts just didn't renew properly.

    It's all back up and working today though.
