I don't know I was quite taken by his finely attired clothing.

He was a horrible excuse for a human being

Poor Mr Jingles! :( I bawled my eyes out!

It was Mr. Bojangles, not jingles.

But yeah, Percy was an absolutely loathesome character, played perfectly by the excellent Doug Hutchison. He really should be a much bigger actor than he is.

He was excellent in the Punisher Warzone and his small role in the Burrowers was very well done.

Hmmm......IMDB quotes would say otherwise.....I was sure it was Mr Jingles....
Eduard Delacroix: I thank you. Mr. Jingles thank you, my mom would thank you too but she's dead.

But yes, he was wonderfully hateful!

Hmm, was certain it was Bojangles.

oh good so im not the only one :D
he is a good actor tho! i think the film was quite good actually because it set out to achieve certain emotions from people and did this quite effectively.

My (normally very timid, refined) mother saw this in the cinema and got so into the story that she jumped out of her seat and screamed "Noooo! You baaaaaaaaastard!" when Mr. Jingles got squished.

    Great film.

Stephen King does prison stories so well.

I worked in a cinema when The Green Mile was released and used to go into every packed showing just to watch peoples reactions to Mr Jingles being squished, a few people were screaming at the screen when it happened and one woman was in hysterics, great movie too
