Contect Lens stuck...

Wasn't sure where to post this but anyway...

I put on my lenses this morning in a bit of a rush and only later in the day realised that my right one was not in properly. I can see it in my eye, it is lower in the eye than it should be with only the very top of the lens being on the iris but I can't get it out.

Any else have a similar issue?

Hi, probably (hopefully) not the same things, but I remember a time when I came back home after a few drinks and spent a good few minutes trying to get my lens out. Problem was that I'd already taken it out and what I was tugging at was... you guessed it. :o

If you're sure its your lens it should come out - try sliding it around first maybe to help break the contact.

It's definately my lens (I can actually see part of it over my iris and it feels like it) but it is not moving easily at all...

Moved to the Eyecare forum - more people should be able to answer your question here.

(My first time ever in this forum. Hello everyone! :) *waves*)

If it's a soft lense try lashing a bit of the lense solution in to your eye or contact lense refresh, should losen it up for ye. Works for me

Sometimes when I close my eye lightly and tap my finger all along the lash line it 'centers' the lens for me, and I find it easier to get out then.

Hope that makes sense! Good Luck!

EDIT: Didn't notice the date - you probably defo have it out by now!
