Does it concern ya? My better half dosent know i'm buying a car half the time so she cant really have any influlence on my choice of car.

I'm more likely to hear ''if you buy another car i'm leaving you'' :pac:

    Thoughts on this?

Or does she let ya do what ya want when it comes to this or does she rule the heart and head when it comes to buying a car?

    T

The question is, which do you value most? Consider:

    1. Cars are cheaper to run than wives.
    2. Cars don't generally get the sulks once a month.
    3. Cars can be exchanged for a new model at regular intervals.
    4. Wives cannot get you from A to B at 100 kph.
    5. Wives are not normally fitted with cruise control or CD players. They just demand that you go at their speed and listen to their opinion of Fair City.
    6. If you wish to keep a car longer than you should becuse you love it, and it gets a bit ratty, it can be re-sprayed at a reasonable cost. Cosmetic surgery is more pricey.
    7. Cars don't demand that you remove the spider from the bath.
    8. There is no NCT for wives while there is for cars, while the effects of feminine irrashionality can last a lifetime. Undemocratic feminine influence in government.

    BUY A CAR!! :D

Once you're married (or otherwise sharing each other's income around) it's only right and proper to get your choice of car (and spend) approved.

You just have to marry the right woman :D

(the mean, green driving machine has the spousal seal of approval btw ...before anyone asks)

I'd prefer to let my car influence my choice of women rather than a woman influence my choice of car!

Light and sporty = no fat chicks

Aesthitcally beautiful car rules out ugly girls!

A car with a very loud engine or exhaust note would be perfect for those with woman who talks too much!

A car with a sturdy bonnet of spacious backseats is suitable for horny ladies!

I get nagged anytime I mention looking at a new car.

I'd go looking through the autotrader and find something nice and she'll go and say something along the lines of "such a waste of money" or "why dont ya get a normal car"

Sometimes I get the "if you buy that were finished line" if only she'd actually follow through on that promise when I finally do change cars :pac:

For some reason women think houses and living together and some other **** I cant remember now is more important than cars!

I think it depends on the car. The Forester was all discussions and 'we're doing this together', the 911 just turned up.

Only thing I get held back on are the dollars!

I *nearly* bought this during the week just for the hell of it:
    http://cars.donedeal.ie/for-sale/vintagecars/970632

But herself convinced me, correctly may I add, that it was just a very expensive toy!

Mrs Anan1 - "Anan1, where did that car outside come from?"
Anan1 - "Uhm, it must be the neighbours new car......."
Mrs Anan1 - "Are they your sunglasses on the dash?"
    Anan1 - "Erm......"
