Paul Heyman, the publicity whore, that's just embarassing. I doubt Rihanna has even heard of ECW/Heyman, never mind the fact that the two pictures look nothing a like. He's taking the piss, he has to be, and trust The S*n to do a piece on such ****e talking.

Do you really think it's Rihanna who picks that stuff? It isn't. Most of it falls to Jay-Z. Who is a wrestling fan and who already stole DDP's diamond cutter hand sign for one of his albums (think it was American gangster) in a case which was settled out of court. I think Heyman may have a point

Off the top of my head, I read in the past week that Mika designed the artwork for his own CD. It's not outside the realms of possibility that she had a say in her own artwork.

Do you really think those two images are similar? And would Jay-Z have really come across an obscure album cover such as for ECW theme songs?

He may not have deliberately ripped it off but he has a past history of ripping a theme from wrestling and was clearly a fan. I'm just pointing out that it is nowhere as deluded as you might think. Jay Z is after all the head of Rihanna's label, very very protective of her (she went to his gaf after the Chris Brown incident and he effectively blacklisted Chris) and the two lead singles of their respective last albums both had guest vocals from each other

theres a definate similarity, and the jay-z connection makes it a lot more likely.. as bubs pointed out.. but i wouldn't be surprised unoriginal musicians/artists like rhianna and her personal stylists, management etc have to get the inspiration from somewhere, so why not something thats a niche and not many people would have, like an ecw album cover..

For the record though Jay-Z has been doing that symbol since the mid nineties, it's not a recent thing
