Problems Shifting Stubborn Cellotape Residue

    Hi guys,

    I recently bought a window from the UK, the problem is the screws and spacers were cellotaped onto the glass. I removed most of the celloptape but there is a heavy gunky residue remaining on the glass. I've tried using white spirits and a number of household cleaning agents but I just can't seem to shift it. Any ideas on what I can use to remove this?
