I am looking for a Child of Prague Statue. I got one from a friend for a wedding and the head was broken off. It is glued back on but i don't want to give a broke one back. I have attached 3 pics of it. All help would be grateful.

I suppose it depends on where in the country you are? There's always a good few on sale in the stalls which are parked outside Galway cathedral during the Novena (usually in Feb).

In fact I think I've seen some on sale in the gift shop there within the Cathedral recently... Wouldn't be 100% at all though I imagine it would be the same in cathedrals around the country.

That shop on O'Connell Street, Dublin. They're bound to have a few. Is it Mary Mediatrix or something? Did you get is as a gift, or is there some wedding tradition with the Child of Prague and weddings?

Yeah, just up from Clerys. They're bound to have some.

And I could have sworn there was some kind of good juju that went hand in hand with a broken headed child of prague. Extra lucky or something.

    Blessings of iconoclasm?
