    Hi,
I have recently been made redundant and am currently working my notice period. At present I am in day 3 of my notice period. I have agreed with the company that I will assist them in the selection, and transition of work to an oursource company. I was madw aware yesterday that the outsourcer would contact me to discuss.

Today I find out that the outsourcer is in the building working. Is this an infringment of my rights?

    Thanks!

    In what way exactly?

No it's not. The company is perfectly entitled to outsource your job to any non-payroll contractor.
