I'm afraid I don't know - but contact your local citizens information office in case they do.

Peter Smith is the Superintendent CWO in North Dublin - I'd contact his secretary, make an appointment.... or get them to get him to call you. Alternatively, fill in the form and drop it into that office for the attention of PS....and keep a photocopy. AFAIK his office is in Coolock Health Centre - the small building next to the main health centre in Kilmore.

Hey Ger I dont know what district town your in but I had a similar problem with another dept in mt town. I have never done it before but I rang my local TD who is actually on the local council. It was Lisbon week & he even still managed to get me sorted. I feel for you - wits end is a horrible place to be. Just try it

Well its been a fortnight now and my CWO is still out sick, ive taken this to my local paper as its absolutely ridiculous.

My rent is due on friday and I nobody wants to speak to me let alone give me assistance.

I got through to this damien o brien sectary on tuesday and she told me if i wanted an appointment to see him id be waiting a very long time. Wouldnt give me an appointment. he was out covering in a clinic in darndale for another sick CWO!!

I recieved nothing but abuse from his sectary about the number of voicemails on her answer machine and that she couldnt handle the volume of calls, she said she hadnt listened to my msg or anyone elses or returned any calls.:rolleyes: Well thats flippin brilliant, another member of the hse sat at her desk doin nuffin and getting paid of it.

Ive got on to my local T.D also on tuesday and no word back yet, his clinic is on saturday. The paper has gotten back to me however and are featuring it in there next edition.

I spoke to a CWO and he told me they arent even looking at rent allowance forms, its literally people who are lookin for money to put food on the table who they are handing cheques out too.

So if ... I put all my money towards rent will they pay for my food????
