I am looking for book(s) for and about football managers. How should a football manager manage his/her team... I would like to read about this.

    Thanks for all your feedback.

Ooh... As a complete ignoramus of the game, can I make a recommendation? It's 'Provided You Don't Kiss Me' by Duncan Hamilton. It's an up-close look at how Brian Clough managed Notts Forest after his return from Leeds. Extremely interesting to see how Clough, in his own way, used psychology to get the best from his players. Very, very odd things, like bringing his men on the tear the night before a big match. Being a stickler for how his players dressed off the pitch. Instilling discipline. Drawing press flak away from his players... What is plain is that, at the height of his powers, Clough weighed every tiny action up before bellowing even the most minor command.
I'd recommend it to anybody. Really fascinating study of leadership
