Getting my Certificate

I done my Leaving cert back in 2006 and i don't think i ever received the actual cert . how would i go about getting it? will i have to pay(hopefully not) do i get onto the department of Education . or the School where i done my leaving cert.?

Contact the school.
It can take years for them to come in.
