Just wondering if anyone has taken this for their skin? I used to have great skin but i think bad living has caught up with me and im getting more frequent breakouts! does perfectil work? or can anyone recommend another supplement?

I took it for my hair and nails and found it to be brilliant. Really strenghtened both of them. I never really noticed a difference with my skin but I wasn't taking it for that. Apparently vitamin A is really good for your skin too

You need to really take them for about 3 Months before you notice any difference with skin, they definitely strengthened my nails, not so sure about hair, as that was in good condition as it was.

It might be worth getting the Boots own brand "Skin, hair and nails" supplements as they're just as effective (According to a friend of mine who's a pharmacist) and not quite as pricey. They're also good for 3 for 2 offers, so you can get your 90 Days worth at a discount.

Vitamin C and zinc are good for the skin.

I took these for skin & nails, noticed a huge difference in nail strength and my skin did start to clear up after about six to eight weeks.
