Mack Camera Warranty

    I am looking at buying a used Canon EOS 40d, the seller is claiming it has MACK Intl warranty until 2011

    My question is hsould something go wrong are there any reputable repair centres in Ireland - Dublin Preferably that will fix it under this warranty.

    Anybody here had any experience of the above ?

    I don't think there are any in Ireland. Thats a vague recollection from somewhere.

    If you check the website, they give

    but that can't be right.

Mack Camera & Video Service allows the customer to work with any authorized service center in their area. To locate the service center near you, please call the manufacturer to find out who in your area is authorized to repair your equipment's make and model. We have found that the authorized service centers change from time to time and it is better for the customer to find out who is authorized to repair their model through the manufacturer. If there is not an authorized service center in your area, the unit would have to come into our New Jersey facility for repairs.
