    has anyone ever done the krav Maga course in Galway and what is it like?

    I did a 4 day course in it a few years ago through work, was good but tbh you'd want to be practising the moves on a very regular basis to be confident of using them properly in a conflict situation under pressure. Our work now uses a different training for conflict situations, same trainers but more self-defence orientated than subduing someone.
