    Hi again,

I cook this recipe quite a lot. it's nice but a little bland.
Would anyone have any recommendations for a nice sauce what would go well with it?

    Thanks.

This sauce by Jamie Oliver is really really good with different kinds of meat, maybe add a touch of tarragon along with the lemon thyme to bounce off the chicken

I'd actually like sweet chilli sauce with this. Mae Ploy is a great brand and most supermarkets sell it.

I would quadruple the marinade ingredients and when your finished with it throw it in a pot and boil it up (It's been sitting in raw meat so you have to boil).

If you want to thicken it mix a teaspoon of cornflour in cold water and add to the sauce while on the heat.

Tbh even just a generous grind of black pepper, a couple of crushed garlic cloves and a dash of worcestershire sauce or Tabasco in the marinade would make a lot of difference there.
