Basic self defence classes in limerick?

Hey Me and a few others thinking of taking up something new for the winter and i said self defence would be good for fitness and practical any classes on offer around limerick city thanks

Mike Carroll runs a club in Limerick, called Waza Kai Jujitsu, which is designed for self defence. I have trained with Mike, he's a good guy, I'd recommend him. He was in Pery Square, but I think I heard that he moved since then, to a place called Ryans timber yard, no idea where that is though, sorry
