I am looking to insulate my attic going to put down 12" 6" one way 6 the other, does anyone know the best stuff to use? Have been told Kingspan boards.

Do a search under my name and attic insulation (maybe when the search function has been re-enabled) in the DIY section and you'll find some stuff i posted on this very subject last weekend.
