    This is a common thing that happens many people under stress or other factors, theres nothing to fear from it, once you realise what is occuring and relax it'll pass.
    There are already numberous threads here with regard to this topic.

    The paralysis has happened me a fair few times although I'm never thought of anyone else being there (I have woken other times and thought someone or thing was there).

    Once you know what it is there's nothing to worry about.

    A few months ago I did wake up shouting and hitting out (I'm never aggressive in real life) as if there was someone there, no idea why as I don't remember anything before hand.
