How many meatballs? Is it just meat and sauce in a bowl? Sounds delicious!

I think the word meat should be applied very loosely when talking about subway, it's more we scrap the leftover junk from the machines that process real meat and turn them into little balls.

A friend of mine got them before and to be honest they looked absolutely horrible. I've often gotten a meatball sub in Subway but to see them outside of a sub and plonked into a plate for everyone to see is horrible looking.

Decent price but I think there's nicer things on the menu.

I had to try some after all the talk and just happened to be in Subway today for an early lunch,so they were alright and i am still alive and kicking.
I got four pieces in a not too bad tomato sauce and some nice mixed stringy cheese on top for E1.50,all in i was content but would have preferred the cheese more gratin style on top,but it was an eat out order.
Won`t be eating them every week now but they are good quality for the price imo.
I do make my own on occasions and i am also a bit of a fan of Campbells meatballs(now called something else)which i blame my mother for,and i am a chef by trade(if that makes any odds!),so it`s a one up for me;)
