Looks like the interest in the show has died down if it's someone like ME who's creating the polls!

I don't think I'd be the only one in saying that this episode wasn't really memorable. House quitting and coming back all the time is kind of bugging me now as all I want is for this season to settle down and do what it does best. The differentials weren't that interesting in this episode either, lacking a lot of wit and humour that I've become accustomed to.

It's hard to get involved or feel sympathy for Chase and Cameron's predicament since they've been cast aside in the show for so long. A complaint in the past with House is how story arcs seem to be binned and resolved with the click of a finger but I really hope they resolve House's sanity and Cameron an Chase's relationship issues asap!

Personally this was a 6/10 for me.

    I disagree entirely AdMMM...

I thought this was another great episode... we got a bit more of Wilson and Cuddy than any other episode this season which is great and there was absolutely no Foreteen stuff, so bonus there... Ok, so Taub and Thirteen weren't in it, but they're obviously going to be back, so it's nice to get a few episodes with more of Cuddy, Wilson, Chase and Cameron for awhile...
I thought the autopsy seen was excellent... I could see it coming, but it still gave me a bit of a fright... The opening scene was brilliant because I honestly didn't know who was going to POTW and also it was exciting...
I actually can't find any flaws with the episode... I thought there was still a good bit of humour in it... like with House doing the rounds, and House and Chase making up a disease, but there couldn't be too much comedy, because the plotlines in the episode were all quite serious...

I'm gonna give the episode full marks this week...

Overall it was a good enough episode but nothing too memorable. The case didn’t really do anything for me but I did like the autopsy scene which, while a bit of a cliché, was still entertaining.

House thinking he was hearing voices again was a good move; it added to the character and shows they’re still working on him recovering rather than having a magical two episode cure and never mentioning it again. Hopefully its something they’ll have playing in the back of his mind. I know it would get tedious if they used it in every episode but lets face it, mental issues like that don’t disappear over night so it would be nice to see they don’t entirely sweep it under the carpet.

Pretty much got what we expected with Chase and Cameron, they’re drifting further apart for each episode and this just reinforced it.

I thought this episode had one of the best differential lines ever....

"Differential diagnosis for ressurection - go!"

I thought it was a good episode overall! The chase/cameron story needs to be resolved soon...

the chase cameron storyline just seems to be digging itself into a corner for me, honestly I didnt like the plotpoint with chase killing a patiant, its that weird combination of predictable dilema for a doctor (hyprocritic oath and all) mixed with cliched situations (though I must admit I liked how they handled the confession scene) and dragging it out just annoys me more then anything and makes cameron look more like a nagging wife (though genuinely she has every right.) they can only top this in annoying me when she suspects he is cheating on her.

Its rather strange having the old ducklings back, I think letting two seasons go by might have been too much time so it doesnt have the same spark as they originally had, mostly because House and Foreman agree on everything, Chase doesnt give a sh*t and Cameron just ignores him.

Though I am glad thirteen is gone.

Its funny how some people were worried last season that the series had dug itself into a predictable rut, and this season there are mumblings of too much upset in the status quo.

THere is alot to like. The main House storyline is still fantastic. The ending scene between him and wilson was awesome, though I think its strange that you never seem to see Wilson in the hospital anymore. Also has House told Wilson he hallucinated his dead girlfriend? I know there was a scene in the prior season where he lied and said it was kutner, but did he ever tell him the truth? I am happy that they have let the House went nuts storyline slowly unwind, I would have liked more of it set in the asylum, but they didnt at least simply reset to the status quo after he left, like they did with Wilson's return (as awesome as the House/Wilson roadtrip episode was, it was annoying that everything went back to normal next episode)

I'm not posting as much as House has to compete with the return of Venture Brothers from this week on, and I am a huge fanboy of that series.

Yes he told him in episode 05x23 - Under My Skin

did anyone else notice at 06:20 or so the sign "ICU" is written the wrong way round?

I did but then immediately figured that it would be the right way around for people walking into the building :)

It's transparent glass, it can't be the right way round both sides :P

Ok it's a bit of a medical geek thing but I thought the end diagnosis (after the morgue scene) would be cataplexy (which his father and grandfather didn't have diagnosed).

Foreman's scream was possibly the funniest thing I've heard in years, followed by House's line "I think the autopsy is gonna have to wait a little bit"

Interestingly, the "Central Perk" logo in Friends was always the right way around regardless of scenes inside or outside :)

i read a few reviews last night and apparently the yanks are not enjoying the new season at all.

last nights episode was the least entertaiting this season in my view (rest of the episodes where all 8/10 or higher and this episode was only a 6 or 7 - i knew he was not dead)

Whether they're enjoying it or not, they're still watching... It's Fox's highest rated drama at the moment, so somebody must be enjoying it.

I preferred it to last week's offering, but thought it the second weakest of the series to date. I was amazed at them offing two POTW's in three episodes since they hadn't had a dead patient since Amber, but it was not to be. I too enjoyed Foreman's squeal of horror :). Olivia Wilde gone from the credits too - there is no way she has left or the news would have been out there, so I'm guessing both she and Taub will be back later on.

It's hard to believe that they're a quarter of the way through the series already, and I wonder will they run straight through to the November sweeps and have an extended Christmas break or take a shorter break at some point before then.

It has a long way to come down to even remotely enter the territory of awfulness occupied by the series double-header opener. Did I dream that absolutely ridiculous sub sub sub cuckoo's nest tosh?

For me the series is improving week on week. Thankfully.

why wasn't the guy braindead? His heart was seemingly stopped and he was not breathing for hours. Why was he fine after this? Was it mentioned in the episode and I just missed it?

Yeh i wondered had i missed that bit too. Anyone shed any light or did they really expect us to believe he was grand after being "dead" for so long.

Not enjoying this series as much to be honest. Would they ever make up their mind what the relationship with House and Cuddy is going to be...am bored of the semi-flirting.
