    I think your first port of call has to be with your GP or a qualified speech therapist!!!
    If there is such a thing as a lisp support group in Ireland then that is another avenue!!! Not sure whether one exists though after doing a google...but who knows!!!
    My advice is if it's bugging you then talk to someone about it as well...as in not just a doc or therapist or fellow person with a lisp...it could be your partner, brother, sister, mum, dad...tell them your concerns...it will help you!!!
