MacBook Pro 'screw' help!

I'm trying to upgrade the RAM on my MacBook Pro from 2Gb to 4Gb. I got 2 of the 3 screws out using the correct screwdriver but the last one has become the bane of my life! It just won't come out, it seems to be partially stripped too so I don't even know if I can get it out. I've heard you can drill it out but I really don't want to go down that road doing it myself.

Has anyone got any tips on how I can get it out, or anywhere I can bring it to get it sorted out? Thanks in advance!

Is it turning? If so get a small flat head screwdriver and hold the tip under the head of the screw from the side, exerting upwards pressure, while you turn the screw and it should come out.

No it doesn't seem to turn at all, I think the screw may be too stripped?

No it's a mid 2007 Pro, and there isn't anything broken on it?
