Anywhere that refurbishes high nellies?

Have one @ home...belonged to my grandfather...it must be 60 or 70 years old....its al there but needs some TLC...just wondering if anyone knows of anyone that has branched into this niche.
It has all the chrome mechanical brake levers running on the frame...its all there basically but looking a little tired.

There is a small bike shop in temple bar - little gem of a place... they have all sorts of old junk in there but it might just be the kind of place that could do it for ya. I forget the name of the place.. but it's on one of those side streets. Someone here will know it...

do the brakes apply force to the inside of the rim as opposed to the side?

I brought a High Nellie - originally owned by my wifes aunt - to Joe Hollingsworth in Kilmacud - he replaced the wheels, tyres and chain. I put on a new honey brooks saddle and matching grips - looks pretty good though in fairness it could do with a respray.

Cheers lads for all the info i might give them a ring once i have a proper look @ it.
Someone asked about the brakes and IIRC the pads hit the inside of the rim as against the typical against the wall.
