'My Bill' not tracking data usage on new iPhone contract.

    My girlfriend got an iPhone on Saturday and bought My Bill to specifically keep track of her data usage. Of course everything - minutes, MMS, texts - is going down but data is still showing that no usage has occurred, although at least 50mb have been downloaded so far. Does anyone have any ideas why this is? I'm slightly concerned having read horror stories in the past of people who just moved to the iPhone plan and finding later that their data usage had been charged at their old contract rate.

    Is the o2 site showing the correct remaining data balance? The app reads from the site.

    Ring O2 and make absolutely sure she's on the iphone plan and the 1gig data is included. When I got mine the data portion wasn't activated and I had to contact them to get it done.

    Website wasn't tracking usage either, so she phoned to confirm that the data was activated. They told her that it had been and ten minutes after the conversation ended the data counter started recording use. Coincidence? Thanks all.
